2. To provide to department of investment policy and financial instruments of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Subsidizing within Guaranteeing and Loans Insurance of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Subsidizing within Guaranteeing and Loans Insurance of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent (further - the service provider).

Order taking and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

2) discrepancy of uslugopoluchatel and (or) the provided materials, objects, supplied and the information necessary for rendering the state service, to the requirements established by Rules of subsidizing within guaranteeing and loans insurance of the subjects of agro-industrial complex approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 9-1/71 (it is registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12183).

Chapter 3. Procedure for appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the central state bodies, and also the service provider and (or) his officials concerning rendering the state services

11. Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the service provider concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the corresponding service provider.

The claim is submitted in writing by mail or purposely through office of the service provider in the working days to the addresses specified in Item 13 of this standard of the state service.
