2. To provide to department of investment policy and financial instruments of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Subsidizing to Procurement Organizations in the Sphere of the Agro-industrial Complex of Tax Amount on Value Added Paid to the Budget within the Estimated Value Added Tax" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent (further - the service provider).

2) discrepancy of uslugopoluchatel and (or) the provided materials, objects, supplied and the information necessary for rendering the state service, to conditions, the statutory rules of subsidizing to procurement organizations in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex of tax amount on value added paid to the budget within the estimated value added tax approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2015 No. 9-3/271 (No. 11008) is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 3. Procedure for appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the service provider and (or) his officials, workers concerning rendering the state services

11. Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the service provider concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the corresponding service provider.
