1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue of permission to re-export of products.

2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of issue of permission to re-export of products

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of issue of permission to re-export of products (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 19) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About export control" and according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) determine procedure for rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Re-export of Products Which Are Subject to Export Control".

2. "Issue of permission to re-export of products which are subject to export control" is the state service (further - the state service) and it appears Committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to these rules.

3. Permission to re-export of products which are subject to export control is issued for a period of 1 (one).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. The state service appears the service provider by means of the appeal of physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel):

for physical persons and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) on the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal);

for foreign legal entities:

2) on the portal;

3) in office of the service provider.

5. No. 321 is excluded according to the Order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.06.2021

6. For receipt of the state service by means of the portal the uslugopoluchatel sends to the service provider electronic copies of documents according to the Standard of the state service according to appendix 1 to these rules (further - the Standard of the state service).

When giving the uslugopoluchatel of all necessary documents by means of the portal - in "personal account" of uslugopoluchatel displays the status about acceptance of request for rendering the state service, with indication of the date of receipt of result of the state service.

7. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service including the characteristic of process, form, content and result of rendering, and also other data taking into account features of rendering the state service are stated in the Standard of the state service.

8. Aggregate term of consideration and rendering the state service - within 30 (thirty) working days.
