1. Approve the enclosed Rules of development and approval of the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rules of development and approval of the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of development and approval of the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 3) of Item 1 of article 84 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 and establish procedure for forming and approval of the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) authorized body on entrepreneurship - the state body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the field of development and support of entrepreneurship (further - authorized body);

2) the status report of regulation of business activity (further - the report) - the report created by the regulatory state agency performing management in the respective spheres of public administration;

3) the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the annual statement) - the report created by authorized body;

4) the status report of work on the analysis of regulatory impact (further - the report on ARV) - the report created by the local executive body of area, the cities of republican value, the capital performing management in the sphere of entrepreneurship;

5) regulatory state agencies - the state bodies performing management in separate industry or the sphere of public administration in which the state control and supervision are exercised it is entered or the regulatory tool is planned to introduction.

Chapter 2. Procedure for development and approval of the annual statement about condition of regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan

3. The annual statement is created by authorized body on the basis of reports and reports on ARV following the results of year following reporting.

4. Reports/reports on ARV are placed on Internet resource of the regulating state bodies / local executive bodies of area, the cities of republican value, the capital performing management in the sphere of entrepreneurship and are introduced in authorized body no later than February 10 of year of the following for reporting.

5. The report contains the following information:

1) according to allowing documents in form according to appendix 1 to these rules;

2) on the state control and supervision in form according to appendix 2 to these rules;

3) on information tools in form according to appendix 3 to these rules;
