RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About rate of import duty concerning the goods coming from the Russian Federation

For the purpose of protection of economic interests and safety of Ukraine, recovery of the violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine, society and state caused by actions of the state aggressor - the Russian Federation, in view of fundamental breach of the Agreement on the free trade area made on October 18, 2011 in St. Petersburg (further - the Agreement) that causes significant damage and limits implementation of legitimate rights and interests of subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine, and according to part twelve of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Apply till December 31, 2024 (inclusive) the preferential rates of import duty established by the Customs tariff of Ukraine, on commodity import, coming from the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 2, 2016.

3. This resolution voids on January 1, 2025 years or after the termination of violation of the Agreement by the Russian Federation.
