About subsistence minimum

This Law establishes the principles and rules of determination of subsistence minimum, its state guarantee, increase in subsistence minimum according to social and economic development of the country.

Article 1. Basic concepts

1.0. The basic concepts used for the purposes of this Law, the following:

1.0.1. the minimum consumer goods basket - set of the food, non-food products and services necessary for ensuring the minimum level of health and life activity of the person established on the basis of scientific standard rates;

1.0.2. subsistence minimum - the social norm representing the amount of the minimum consumer goods basket and obligatory payments;
