1. Determine the sizes of social benefit by temporary disability according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

The sizes of social benefit on temporary disability

1. The size of social benefit (further - benefit) workers, the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans in the territory of other states except for working is determined by temporary disability by multiplication of its average day earnings by quantity of the working days falling on the period of temporary disability.

The size of average day earnings of the worker is determined at the rate of its average salary estimated according to Item 3 of Article 114 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015.

2. If temporary disability begins in prior year, and comes to an end in current, then the size of benefit and monthly restriction of its size are determined using monthly settlement indicator for prior and current years separately and the received amounts are summed up.

3. The size of the benefit paid in one month cannot exceed the fifteenfold size of monthly settlement indicator for the corresponding year, except for the sizes of the benefits paid to workers in connection with labor mutilation or occupational disease, to the working veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans in the territory of other states and also the personnel of diplomatic service receiving benefit in foreign currency during stay abroad.

4. The benefit size to the working veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans in the territory of other states constitutes hundred percent of the salary.

5. The size of the benefit paid in connection with labor mutilation or occupational disease of the worker constitutes hundred percent of the average salary.

6. The size of the benefit paid to personnel of diplomatic service in foreign currency during stay abroad constitutes hundred percent of the average salary.
