About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning terephthalic acid and its salts
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning the p-phthalic acid and its salts classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 2917 36 000 0 of EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017 inclusive.
2. In the note 9C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) the words "from 02.09.2014 till 31.12.2015 inclusive" shall be replaced with words "from 01.01.2016 till 31.12.2017 inclusive".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2016.
