About approval and enforcement of the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan

Article 1. Approve the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan.

Article 2. Enact the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan since July 1, 2016.

Article 3. Recognize voided since July 1, 2016:
