The professional participant of the security market opens information in structure, amount and the terms specified in appendix 1 to this Instruction (further - obligatory information), and also other information provided by the Federal Laws of the Russian Federation and regulations of the Bank of Russia on the official site on the Internet (further - the website). The professional participant of the security market has the right to open on the website information in structure, amount and the terms recommended by appendix 2 to this Instruction (further - recommended information). In the presence at the professional participant of the security market is several websites, the professional participant of the security market opens obligatory information and has the right to open recommended information on each of them en banc and amount.

2. The main (initial) page of the website shall contain the Section with obligatory and recommended information (in case of disclosure of the last) and (or) the reference (references) to the Section (other Sections) of the website containing (containing) the specified information. The reference (references) shall (shall) confirm unambiguously contents (type, nature) of information published in the Section of the website, transition to which is performed according to this reference (references).

Obligatory and recommended information (in case of disclosure of the last) on the website reveals in chronological procedure with indication of date of its disclosure, the period of relevance and shall be available to all interested persons to acquaintance round the clock, except for the periods of carrying out scheduled maintenance, without collection of payment and other restrictions.
