About increase in Turkmenistan the sizes of the salary, pensions, public welfare payments, grants of students and listeners

For the purpose of the successful solution of the tasks determined in "The program of the President of Turkmenistan for social and economic development of the country for 2012-2016", further increase in social level and social security of the population I decide:

1. Since January 1, 2016:

increase for 10 percent the sizes of the salary of employees of the organizations financed from the budget, the self-supporting companies and public organizations; sizes of pensions and public welfare payments; grants of students and listeners.

2. Since January 1, 2016 to establish:

the minimum size of pensions of participants of the Great Patriotic War in the amount of 966 manats a month, the maximum size – 1302 manats a month;

the maximum size of pensions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War, their spouses and veterans working in the back in the amount of 1185 manats a month;

basic size for determination of the minimum size of pensions in the amount of 231 manats;

basic size for calculation of public welfare payments in the amount of 220 manats.

3. Establish across Turkmenistan the minimum size of the salary in the amount of 590 manats and use it for streamlining of the monthly salaries.

4. Since January 1, 2016 to approve the sizes of monthly official pay rates of heads of state governing bodies, bodies of the local executive authority and local self-government, military and law enforcement agencies, editorial offices of newspapers and magazines, public organizations, and also their main structural units according to appendices 1-7 of this Decree.

5. To provide increase in the sizes of the salary due to enhancement of structure of organizations, companies and organizations, increases in efficiency of use of production capacities and labor productivity of workers, attraction of not used internal reserves.
