1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for accounting, storage, use and write-off of museum objects of museum fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. For culture and art of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction of copies of this order for official publication in information system of law of Ad_let and the periodic printing edition on the electronic medium with appendix of the paper copy certified by official stamp for entering into reference control bank of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form certified by the digital signature of person, representative to sign this order, with appendix of the paper copy certified by official stamp;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication;

4) submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by this Item within ten working days from the date of execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective co of day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2016.

Instruction for accounting, storage, use and write-off of museum objects of museum fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. This Instruction for accounting, storage, use and write-off of museum objects of museum fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Instruction) disaggregates accounting treatment, storages, uses and write-offs of museum objects of museum fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – museum objects).

2. In this Instruction the following basic concepts are applied:

1) museum fund – set of the cultural values which are in funds of the state museums, memorial estates and other state organizations and belonging to the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) fixed assets – set of the cultural values which are in permanent use of the state museums, memorial estates and other state organizations and belonging to the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) temporary fund – set of the cultural values which are in temporary use of the state museums, memorial estates and other state organizations and belonging to the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) museum subject – the cultural value withdrawn from the circle of existing and moved to the museum.

2. Accounting of museum objects of objects

1) primary registration of museum objects;

2) inventory count of museum objects.

4. In case of primary registration:

2) Aktirovaniye in case of acceptance of museum objects is performed based on recommendations of the share and purchasing (share and selection) commission;

3) in case of acceptance of museum objects in the Arrivals book of fixed assets or the Arrivals book of temporary fund (further – arrivals books) in forms, according to appendices 7, 8 to this Instruction, data on museum objects, except for museum objects from precious metals and gemstones are entered.

In case of introduction of data in arrivals books one sequence registration number is assigned to each museum subject, and number with fraction, proceeding from quantity of objects of components collection is assigned to each collection of museum subject.
