1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Applying for Conducting Complex Non-departmental Examination of Construction Projects of Objects".

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law"? d_lt";

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Regulations of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Applying for Conducting Complex Non-departmental Examination of Construction Projects of Objects"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Applying for Conducting Complex Non-departmental Examination of Construction Projects of Objects" (further - the state service) is rendered according to the standard of the state service "Accreditation of the Legal Entities Applying for Conducting Complex Non-departmental Examination of Construction Projects of Objects" by the approved order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2015 No. 700 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12322) (further - the standard), Committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of the national housekeeper of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

2) executive in charge of the service provider;

3) accreditation commission of the service provider;

8. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions of the service provider (workers) with indication of duration of each procedure (action):

1) the employee of office of the service provider performs documents acceptance, their registration in day of receipt;
