Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2014 No. 6-1/181 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Certification of Quality of Seed Cotton"" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9363, published on May 27, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Certification of Quality of Seed Cotton" (further - the state service) appears accredited test laboratories (centers) (further - the service provider).

2. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

The state service is rendered to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

3. Result of rendering the state service - the certificate of quality of seed cotton.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through office of the service provider.

2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

7. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions (workers) with indication of duration of each procedure (action):
