1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Compensation of Part of Costs on Fee for Creation and Start of Internet Resource of the Subject of Industrial and Innovative Activities" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Compensation of Part of Costs for Fee on Marketing Researches" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Compensation of Part of Costs for Fee on Training of the Employees Occupied in the field of Management of Export, including in the field of Production of Export-oriented Products, Abroad, and also with the Invitation of Foreign Experts-consultants to the Companies Subjects of Industrial and Innovative Activities" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Compensation of Part of Attraction Costs of the Franchise" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the state service "Compensation of Part of Costs for Holding the Procedures Connected with Registration of Trademarks and Certification of Products for the purpose of Export Abroad" according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) regulations of the state service "Service Support of Exporters" according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) regulations of the state service "Cost Recovery on Development and/or Examination of Comprehensive Plan of the Industrial and Innovative Project" according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2014 No. 162 "About approval of regulations of the state services rendered by the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Exporter 2020 and Performance of 2020 programs (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9499, No. 28 published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 18, 2014 and the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on February 12, 2015 (27904).

3. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Compensation of Part of Costs on Fee for Creation and Start of Internet Resource of the Subject of Industrial and Innovative Activities" (further – the state service) appears joint-stock company "National agency on export and investments of "KAZNEXINVEST" of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).

Order taking and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed by the service provider.
