RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

of February 2, 2016 No. 22

About approval of the Program of the state statistical works for 2016

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 16.08.2017 No. 638)

According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state statistics" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the Program of the state statistical works for 2016 (further - the Program) according to appendix.

2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics:

provide high-quality accomplishment at the scheduled time of the state statistical works and provision of the objective and complete information about social and economic development of the country;

to annually approve the cost of accomplishment of the state statistical works included in the Program with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the acts of the performed works represented by the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics payment for the performed state statistical works provided by the Program at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
