About approval of the minimum regulations of material and household providing the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of establishment of the minimum regulations of material and household providing the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Article 71 of the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure and conditions of detention of persons detained on suspicion and accusation in making of crimes" and article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies and organizations of criminal executive system" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- the minimum regulations of supply with ware allowance of the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- the minimum consumption rates of materials on repair of ware allowance of the convicts serving sentence in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

- instructions to application of regulations of supply with ware allowance of the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;

- the description of objects of ware allowance of the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 4;

- the minimum regulations of leave of soap and detergents to the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 5;

- the minimum regulations of providing with furniture, stock, the equipment and objects of organizations of criminal executive system, according to appendix 6.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulations of material and household providing the convicts and persons taken into custody in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 28, 2008 No. 113;

- Item 5 of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 18, 2013 No. 79;

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendment into the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulations of material and household providing the convicts and persons taken into custody in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 28, 2008 No. 113" of May 26, 2014 No. 278.

3. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Appendix 1

The minimum regulations of supply with ware allowance of the convicts and persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic

Regulations of supply with ware allowance of the condemned men serving sentence in correctional facilities (1)

Note:

1. Can be replaced with footcloths.
