1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment procedure of insurance pension to persons leaving (left) on permanent residence of the territory of the Russian Federation.

3. Interaction between Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation, other bodies performing provision of pensions in the territory of the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for the purpose of realization of the Provision approved by this resolution can be performed with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

4. The pensions appointed till January 1, 2015 which payment is performed by the translation out of limits of the Russian Federation are paid in former procedure. At the same time at the request of the pensioner continuation of pension payment can be performed according to the procedure, provided by the Provision approved by this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2014 No. 527 "About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions to the citizens leaving (left) on permanent residence" (The Russian Federation Code 2014, No. 25, the Art. 3300).

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

2. If the international treaty of the Russian Federation provides other rules, than those which contain in this Provision are applied the rules established by the international treaty of the Russian Federation.

3. Pension is paid to citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation based on the statement for departure out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation submitted them or their representatives in form according to appendix No. 1 on paper or in electronic form which procedure for registration is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The application can be submitted not earlier than before one month about day of departure directly to the body performing provision of pensions in the territory of the Russian Federation with use of information and telecommunication networks public, including the Internet, including the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)", or through the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services in the place of pension payment.

4. To the statement specified in Item 3 this provision it is applied or in time, determined by part 3 of article 22 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", the certificate of accomplishment (failure to carry out) of paid work outside the Russian Federation (for pension payment on the occasion of loss of the supporter is submitted to persons occupied with care of the children, brothers, sisters or grandsons of the died supporter who did not reach 14 years) in form according to appendix No. 3, issued by diplomatic representation or consular establishment of the Russian Federation. The specified reference can be issued by competent authority (official) of foreign state.

6. Pension payment is made in the territory of the Russian Federation in rubles by transfer into the account of the citizen in credit institution by the body performing its provision of pensions in the territory of the Russian Federation, or by proxy to the citizen's representative taking into account provisions of Item 7 of this provision.

Delivery of pension is made at the request of the citizen through credit institution by transfer of pension amounts into the account of the citizen in this credit institution or through the organizations of federal mail service by delivery of pension amounts at home or in cash desk of the organization of federal mail service.
