About establishment of forms of the selective documents on early elections of deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 6) of article 12 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 "About elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish the enclosed forms of the selective documents on early elections of deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the electoral register at elections of the deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected by Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (appendix 1);

2) petitions from the citizen about consent to be included in the party list (appendix 2);

3) petitions from the citizen about consent to stand the candidate of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (appendix 3);

4) bio data of the candidate of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix 4);

5) the protocol of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on establishment of compliance of the candidate of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan shown to it "About elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" to requirements (appendix 5);

6) protocol of territorial election commission on registration of authorized representatives of political party (appendix 6);

15) the protocol of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on results of elections of the deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected by Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (appendix 15);

16) certificates of the candidate of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan included in the party list of political party (appendix 16);

17) certificates of the candidate of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected by Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (appendix 17);

18) certificates of the authorized representative of political party (appendix 18);

19) messages No. 3 (appendix 19);

20) messages No. 4 (appendix 20).
