According to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 "About the republican budget for 2016", subitem 1.3.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2006 No. 182 "About enhancement of legal regulation of procedure for rendering the state support to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs", subitem 14.2 of Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 529 "About some measures for development of the woodworking industry", subitem 11.1.2 of Item 11 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2012 "About construction of the plant on production of sulphatic bleached cellulose" and Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2014 No. 216 "About creation of production on release of paper basis for decorative facing materials" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 391

1. To the Ministry of Finance in 2016 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture to provide compensation (payment) of interest for using the loans granted to the organizations woodworking and pulp and paper industry for implementation of investment projects and replenishment of current assets and also parts of expenses on payment (compensation) of the commissions on opening of documentary credits (including expenses on confirmation and support of letters of credit) and the commissions on attraction of the credits (loans) of foreign banks (the non-bank credit and financial organizations) and external state loans (credits), part of expenses on repayment of the credits (loans), the insurance commissions of authorized insurance agencies issued for compensation in case of attraction of the credits (loans) of foreign banks (the non-bank credit and financial organizations) and external state loans (credits), according to appendix.

2. Compensate in 2016 to the organizations - open joint stock companies "Spartak paper-mill, Gomeldrev, "Svetlogorsk Pulp and Board Mill" (regarding branch "Red Star paper-mill), "Managing company of Belarusian Wall-paper holding (further - the organizations) - at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part of interest for using the credits specified in appendix to this resolution.

3. Determine that compensation condition according to Item 2 of this resolution of interest for using bank loans is accomplishment of indicators by the organizations (counting on one average worker) on proceeds from sales of products, goods (works, services) and on value added, finished by the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry.

4. The funds received according to this resolution are allocated by the organizations in 2016-2017 for replenishment of own current assets.

5. To concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry together with the State committee on property till April 1, 2017 to introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of regulatory legal acts about increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of the economic societies listed in appendix to this resolution, at the amounts of the state support given them in 2016 according to this resolution.

6. Confer the personal responsibility for accomplishment by the organizations of the indicators determined in Item 3 of this resolution on heads of the organizations, the chairman of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry and the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus according to distribution of obligations.

7. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
