About approval of the Register of positions of political and administrative government employees
According to Item 3 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Register of positions of political and administrative government employees.
2. Grant the right to state bodies to the names of positions specified in the Register of positions of political and administrative government employees, apply the special additional names characterizing specifics of their activities.
3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.
4. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
5. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
