The administrative regulations of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision on provision of the state service in approval of declarations of safety of persons under surveillance of the hydraulic engineering constructions which are in operation (further - Administrative regulations), contain requirements to procedure for provision of the state service in approval of declarations of safety of persons under surveillance of the hydraulic engineering constructions which are in operation (further - the state service in approval of declarations of safety of GTS), and determine procedure, terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Rostekhnadzor and its territorial authorities.

The administrative regulations establish order of interaction between structural divisions of Rostekhnadzor and its territorial authorities, their officials, and also order of interaction of Rostekhnadzor and its territorial authorities with applicants, other public authorities and local government bodies, organizations and the organizations by provision of the state service in approval of the declaration of safety of GTS.

5. For receipt of information on questions of approval of the declaration of safety of GTS it is necessary to address to Rostekhnadzor or its territorial authorities.

6. Provision of information on questions of provision of the state service in approval of the declaration of safety of GTS is performed by officials of Rostekhnadzor or its territorial authorities in writing in response to the arrived written addresses of applicants, by phone, to e-mail and with use of other means of electronic informing.

7. By provision of information by phone officials of Rostekhnadzor according to the arrived request provide to the applicant the following information:

about the entering numbers at which are registered in system of clerical work of Rostekhnadzor or its territorial authority of the statement concerning provision of the state service in approval of the declaration of safety of GTS;

about decision making according to the specific statement concerning provision of the state service in approval of the declaration of safety of GTS;

about the regulatory legal acts governing the relations the declarations of safety of GTS (the name, number, acceptance date of regulatory legal act) arising by provision of the state service in approval;

about placement on the website of Rostekhnadzor and the official sites of territorial authorities of Rostekhnadzor of information on reference materials concerning provision of the state service in approval of the declaration of safety of GTS.
