About approval of Single rules of wearing military uniform of clothes, signs of distinction and equipment by the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service

1. Approve Single rules of wearing military uniform of clothes, signs of distinction and equipment as the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in whom the law provides military service (further - Rules), according to appendix.

2. To heads of the ministries, state committees and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic which are part of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service:

1) to provide strict observance by all military personnel of Rules of wearing military uniform of clothes, signs of distinction and equipment;

2) to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.

Appendix

Single rules of wearing military uniform of clothes, signs of distinction and equipment by the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service

1. Basic provisions

1. These Single rules establish procedure for wearing military uniform of clothes, signs of distinction and equipment by the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service (further - Rules).

2. The military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in whom the law provides military service, pupils of the Kyrgyz national military lyceum of name of the Hero of the Soviet Union major general D. Asanova (further - KNVL), and also the military personnel transferred to the reserve or resignation with the right of wearing military uniform of clothes, the persons liable for call-up and students of educational institutions called on military charges have the right of wearing military uniform of clothes.

5. The military uniform of clothes is worn:

out of system - attendees at parades out of ceremonial calculation; in case of receipt of government and departmental awards; representation to immediate superiors in case of position assignment; in case of assignment of military rank; in days of holidays; at ceremonial meetings, formal receptions and in case of wreath-laying to monuments and graves of soldiers;

b) daily:

for system and out of system - on classes in combat training (except field occupations); in case of service as a part of daily details; on alerts; during the work in headquarters, managements, organizations; at office meetings and meetings, and also in not working hours.

2) sergeants, foremen, regular soldiers, cadets of military educational institutions (further - cadets) and pupils of KNVL:

a) front door:

- with participation in parades; delivery to military units of battle flags and awards, delivery by the serviceman of the state and departmental awards; adoption of the military oath, appointment in structure of guard of honor; in days of annual holidays of military unit, on solemn creations in honor of the Defender of the Fatherland Day and in days of professional holidays of other troops and military forming; in case of dismissal from part arrangement, during stay in leave and on specifying of the commander (chief) of military unit (organization);

b) daily:

- on occupations, in case of execution of daily details and in time, free from occupations, in arrangement of military unit (organization), on specifying of the commander (chief) of military unit (organization);

c) field:

- in case of daily life activity, on doctrines, maneuvers, field exits, alerts, in case of service as a part of guard, daily details, accomplishment of tasks on protection (protection) of frontier, occupations in training centers, polygons, on specifying of the commander (chief) of military unit (organization);

d) worker:

- in case of accomplishment of economic and construction works, and also when servicing the equipment and arms;

e) special (to whom it is necessary on supply regulations):

- on doctrines, maneuvers, field exits, in case of accomplishment of special tasks, alerts (active service), in case of execution of the border service, holding actions for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, occupations in training centers, occupations with military equipment and when servicing the equipment and arms, performance of works in garages, parks, workshops, in airfields, in laboratories, in warehouses, in military units and organizations, when holding sports occupations and competitions (clothes sportswear);

3) the military personnel of guard of honor of National guard of the Kyrgyz Republic and military indicative orchestra special front door - in case of accomplishment of ceremonial rituals, with participation in parades, in case of delivery to military units of battle flags and awards, and also in festive events on specifying of the senior chief.

6. The persons liable for call-up and students of educational institutions called on military charges, the field dress code is worn during passing of charges in military units (organizations).

7. The dress code for festive events, front reviews, creations and office meetings appears persons holding these events.
