About the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of research of problems of air defense
The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Give to Research center (Tver) of Central Research and Development Institute of Troops of aerospace defense of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation the status of the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of research of problems of air defense.
2. Approve Regulations on the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of research of problems of air defense it (is applied).
3. Declare invalid the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States of April 16, 2004 about giving of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation of the status of the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the 2nd Central Research and Development Institute in the field of research of problems of air defense.
4. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
