1. Approve the enclosed list of the medicines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Appendix No. 1).
2. Approve the enclosed list of the vaccines permitted to import and application in medical practice in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Appendix No. 2), according to the schedule of preventive inoculations, the approved MZ KR of 13.03.2009 No. 117.
3. To the director ДЛОиМТ (to Kurmanov R. A.) provide:
1) quality control of the imported medicines according to the approved list, in accordance with the established procedure;

2) provision of monitoring of deliveries of HP, according to the approved List;
Term: quarterly.
4. To expert group on forming of the List to continue studying of the arrived requests for inclusion in the List.
5. If necessary to submit for consideration of the commission the additional list of medicines for inclusion in the List.
