1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Issue of the Document on Conditions of Conversion of Goods on/out of Customs Area and Conversion for Internal Consumption in Easy, Mining and Metallurgical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Woodworking Industries, and also Mechanical Engineering and Building Industry".

2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

2) determination by the head of the service provider or his deputy of responsible structural division within three hours;

3) determination by the head of the structural unit of the service provider of the executive in charge within three hours;

4) consideration by the executive in charge of the statement and the documents attached to the statement on completeness according to the list specified in Item 9 of the standard within one working day;

in case of factual determination of incompleteness of the submitted documents and (or) documents with the expired effective period, preparation by the executive in charge of the motivated answer about need of completion of the submitted documents within one working day;

in case of compliance, consideration by the executive in charge of the statement and the documents attached to the statement on reliability of data in the submitted documents within five working days;

5) in case of compliance, preparation by the executive in charge of result of rendering the state service within two hours;

in case of discrepancy, preparation by the executive in charge of the motivated answer about need of completion of the submitted documents within two hours;

6) approval by the head of the structural unit of result of rendering the state service within four hours;
