2) the order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 7, 2012 No. 179 "About approval of Regulations of the electronic state service "Licensing, Renewal of the License for Occupation Activities for Distribution TV, Radio Channels" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8180, No. 453-455 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on December 29, 2012 (27272-27274).

3. (Sarsenov S. S.) to provide to committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. 4) consideration by the executive in charge of the statement.
