established:

1. According to part one of article 13 of the Law of the Russian Federation of February 12, 1993 No. 4468-1 "About provision of pensions of persons passing military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, and their families" the pension entitlement is had for long service: the persons specified in article 1 of this Law, having on the date of dismissal from service period of service on military service, and (or) on service in law-enforcement bodies and (or) on service in the Public fire service, and (or) on service in drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, and (or) on service in organizations and bodies of criminal executive system of 20 years and more; persons specified in article 1 of this Law, stay, dismissed from service on reaching age limit, on service, to the state of health or in connection with organizational and regular actions and 25 calendar years which reached on the date of dismissal of 45-year age, having general working life and more from which the military service, and (or) service in law-enforcement bodies, and (or) service in the Public fire service, and (or) service in drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, and (or) service in organizations and bodies of criminal executive system constitutes at least 12 years six months.
