1. Establish rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 1;
1.2. when implementing payments in foreign currency in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2.
