Regulations on procedure for certification of systems of management

This Provision based on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About assessment of conformity", "About certification of products and services", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 19, 2015 No. 298 "About approval of the Development program of national infrastructure of quality for the period till 2020" establishes procedure for certification of systems of management.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:

the applicant - the legal entity applying for certification of systems of management;

certification body of systems of management (further - OSSM) - the legal entity accredited in accordance with the established procedure for performance of works on certification of systems of management;

certification of systems of management (further - certification) - activities for confirmation of conformity of systems of management to the established requirements;

the certificate of conformity - the document issued by rules of system of certification for confirmation of conformity of systems of management to the established requirements.

2. Development and deployment of systems of management is performed by the applicant independently or with involvement of the consultant having the corresponding qualification. At the same time involvement of the consultant is performed on open competitive basis.

Chapter 2. Carrying out certification

3. Certification includes the following stages:

application for certification on form according to appendix 1 to this Provision;

consideration and decision making according to the certification application;

conclusion of the contract for carrying out certification;

forming and statement of group of auditors for carrying out certification;

analysis of documentation of systems of management and creation of the report on its results;
