About approval of standard form of the Payment notice on the non-personal tax

In pursuance of provisions of Art. 286 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (pereopublikovan in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), taking into account subsequent changes and amendments, and also regulations of the Order of the Ministry of Finance on procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016 No. 180 of 12.10.2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 324-329/2283 of 4.12.2015). PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve standard form of the Payment notice on the non-personal tax, according to appendix.

2. Cancel the Order of the Ministry of Finance on approval of the standard form of the payment notice on the non-personal tax No. 44 of 9.04.2012 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 76-80/488 of 20.04.2012).

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016.

4. To territorial state tax authorities of provision of this order to inform services on collection of the local taxes and charges from structure of primeriya.

5. To provide to general management of taxes and fees from structure of the Main state tax authorities the publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
