1. Approve Veterinary sanitary standard according to requirements to health and veterinary and sanitary certification for temporary import of the registered horses it (is applied).
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment and the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

Provisions of this Veterinary sanitary standard are brought into accord with provisions of the Decision of the Commission No. 92/260/EEC of April 10, 1992 about health and veterinary certification for the temporary import of the registered horses published in the Official magazine of the European Union, L 130, by page 67 of May 15, 1992 with the subsequent changes made by the Decision of the Commission on implementation No. 2014/501/EU of July 24, 2014 published in the Official magazine of the European Union, L 222 of July 26, 2014, p. 16.
1. The national agency on safety of foodstuff as competent authority:
a) resolves temporary import of the registered horses according to appendices No. 1 and 2 to this Veterinary sanitary standard;
b) fills, updates and will promulgate the list of countries of source from which temporary import of the registered horses is resolved;
c) guarantees that for temporary import of the registered horses the last are provided with the conditions corresponding to physiological requirements proper measures on leaving are applied, including during transportation;
d) guarantees that for temporary import the registered horses will not be used in other purposes and the destination will remain invariable;
e) records temporarily imported registered horses, including observance of the period of temporary import.
2. Duration of temporary import of the registered horses shall not exceed 90 days.
3. Countries of source from which temporary import of the registered horses, included in the list is allowed are distributed on the sanitary groups specified in appendix No. 1 to this Veterinary sanitary standard depending on features and the state of health of animals from this country, equivalence of the status of health of animals and epizootic situation in the corresponding group.
4. Temporarily imported registered horses shall be followed by the sanitary and veterinary certificate (certificates of animal health) in which equivalence to the provisions provided in this Veterinary sanitary standard, filled to similarly corresponding sample given in appendix No. 2 to this Veterinary sanitary standard is guaranteed.
5. Veterinary sanitary certificates are constituted by competent authority in official language of country of source and the country of destination or certified translation on official language of the country of destination according to samples for the sanitary A, B, C, D, E and F groups provided, respectively, in appendix No. 2 to this Veterinary sanitary standard becomes.
