1. Approve:

a) The standard form "Information on Collection for Issue of Permissions to Implementation of the International Motor Transportation Carriages, Reusable Permissions of EKMT, Logbooks to Reusable Permissions of EKMT, Route Books / Route Sheets (Interbus) (Forma IATRI 15)", according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

b) The instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the standard form "Information on Collection for Issue of Permissions to Implementation of the International Motor Transportation Carriages, Reusable Permissions of EKMT, Logbooks to Reusable Permissions of EKMT, Route Books / Route Sheets (Interbus) (Forma IATRI 15)", according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

2. Information on collection for issue of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation carriages, reusable permissions of EKMT, logbooks to reusable permissions of EKMT, route books / route sheets (Interbus) (Forma IATRI 15) is represented the National agency of road transport since 2016 for tax the period of 2015. Information is provided annually till January 25 of the year following for reporting.

3. To provide to general management of taxes and fees the publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

I. General provisions

1. Information on collection for issue of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation carriages, reusable permissions of EKMT, logbooks to reusable permissions of EKMT, route books / route sheets (Interbus) (is submitted to Forma IATRI 15) (further – Information) the National agency of road transport for issue of permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation carriages, reusable permissions of EKMT, logbooks to reusable permissions of EKMT, route books / route sheets (Interbus)

2. In Information the National agency of road transport without fail specifies:

1) fiscal code;

2) name;
