About establishment of the amount of regulating and monitoring payment for 2016

No. 51-54, 155), with subsequent changes and amendments, the subitem e) Item 15 of the Regulations on the National agency on regulation in the field of electronic communications and information technologies (NAREKIT) approved by the Order of the Government No. 905 of July 28, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143-144, Art. 917), DECIDES: NAREKIT Administrative board
1. Establish the amount of regulating and monitoring payment for 2016 at the percent 0,3 level from amount of income gained for the performed activities in the field of electronic communications by suppliers of networks and services of electronic communications.
2. Regulating and monitoring payments are transferred by suppliers of networks and services of electronic communications into the current account NAREKIT quarterly to the 15th of the month following reporting quarter.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its approval and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
