About approval of the Standard agreement about use of government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD)

For the purpose of accomplishment of the subitem 2) item 4 and the subitem 2) Item 7 of the Order of the Government No. 717 of August 29, 2014 "About government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD)" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, 765) I ORDER to Art. No. 261-267,:

1. Approve the Standard agreement about use of government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD), according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the State office, other central administrative authorities and organizational structures subordinated to the Government which are in the sphere of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, deconcentrated and subordinated public services, and also public organizations in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), autonomous public organizations, and also the legal entities of private law who are providing public services within the competence provided by the law, and having information systems to conclude with public organization "Center of Electronic Control (E-Government)" of the usage agreement of government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD) based on the Standard agreement approved by this order.

3. Recommend to other public bodies and legal entities of private law, except specified in Item 2, to conclude with public organization "Center of Electronic Control (E-Government)" of the usage agreement of government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD) based on the Standard agreement approved by this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the State office.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
