1. Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the state service in state registration of transition of exclusive right to the invention, useful model, industrial design, the trademark, service mark, the name of the place of goods origin, the registered topology of integrated chip, the program for electronic computers, the database without agreement (further respectively - Regulations, the state service, RID) governs the relations connected with provision of the state service by Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).

The statement for state registration of transition of exclusive right to RID without agreement (further - the application) is submitted by person for benefit of whom in cases and on the bases which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation including according to the procedure of universal succession (inheritance, reorganization of the legal entity) and in case of the address of claim to property of the owner, transition of exclusive right to RID without agreement is allowed (further - the applicant).

Business management with Rospatent can be performed by the applicant independently, or through the patent agent registered in Rospatent or through other representative (further - the Representative).
