About system of broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the terms below are used in such value:

the state broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine - the broadcasting directed to informing on events in Ukraine which is performed in the form of information messages, news, programs (transfers) with use of technical means of teleradiokomunikation, and also other forms of activities provided by this Law;

subjects of the state broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine - the legal entities constituting system of the state broadcasting to foreign countries.

2. Other terms are used in the value given in the laws of Ukraine "About information", "About television and broadcasting" and other legal acts of Ukraine.

Article 2. Legal basis of activities of system of the state broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine

1. System of the state broadcasting to foreign countries of Ukraine constitute the state company "Multimedia Platform of Broadcasting to Foreign Countries of Ukraine" and the Ukrainian national news agency "Ukrinform".
