According to the Federal Law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve:
a) the following criteria of reference of goods to mechanical engineering products:
goods compliance to codes of the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity of OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) within commodity classes No. 25-30;
belonging to goods of production appointment, held for sale legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the purpose of their use in economic activity;
belonging to products which is not intended for further production conversion or resale;
b) the price of unit of production of mechanical engineering in case of which excess data on such products join in the lists of perspective needs for products of mechanical engineering necessary for implementation of investment projects created by legal entities, according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of article 1 of the Federal Law "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" and article 112 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".
