Based on article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", paragraph two of subitem 8.32 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Sanitary standards and rules "Requirements to the Drinking Water Which Is Packed Up in Reservoir";

The hygienic standard rate "Requirement to safety of the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir".

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 No. 59 "About approval of Health regulations and regulations "Hygienic requirements to the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir".

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 28, 2015.

Sanitary standards and rules "Requirements to the Drinking Water Which Is Packed Up in Reservoir"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Sanitary standards and rules establish sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the drinking water which is packed up in the reservoir intended for realization to the consumer, its safety, the production technology, the address and marking, and also personal employee hygiene of the organizations performing production of the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir.

2. Action of these Sanitary standards and rules does not extend to the mineral and table water which is packed up in consumer packaging.

3. For the purposes of these Sanitary standards and rules the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 1999 "About drinking water supply" are used (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 50, 2/46), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 "About consumer protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 10, 2/839; 2008, No. 170, 2/1463), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2003 "About quality and safety of food staples and foodstuff for life and health of the person" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 79, 2/966), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 8, 2/1892), the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2012 No. 166 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Physiological Full Value of Drinking Water" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.11. 2012, 8/26541), and also following terms and their determinations:

drinking water for baby food - the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir, intended for drink by children, cookings and recoveries of dry foodstuff for food of children in house conditions;

the conditioned drinking water which is packed up in reservoir (further - the conditioned drinking water) - the water from underground or superficial water intakes which underwent technological processing for safety and (or) improvements of tastes, intended for direct consumption by the person which can contain mineral substances and carbon dioxide naturally or specially added, in which shall not contain sugar, sweeteners, fragrances;

the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir - the conditioned or natural drinking water conforming to safety requirements of these Sanitary standards and rules poured (packed) into consumer packaging (bottles, large bottles, containers, packets, other reservoirs);

the natural drinking water which is packed up in reservoir (further - natural drinking water) - the water received from superficial (river, lake, glacial) or underground (artesian, spring) water sources, with mineralization to 1 g/dm 3, characterized by the certain chemical composition remaining in the course of fasovaniye in reservoir which processing was not carried out or was carried out according to the regulations established by Items 24, of 26 and 27 presents of Sanitary standards and rules.

4. Depending on quality the drinking water which is packed up in reservoir is subdivided into 2 categories:
