The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the state service in modification of the state registers of inventions, useful models, industrial designs of the Russian Federation (further - the State registers), and also in patents for the invention, useful model, industrial design (further respectively - Regulations, the state service, the patent) govern the relations connected with provision of the state service by Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).

The statement for modification of the corresponding State register and (or) in the patent, belonging to the information about the owner and (or) about the author, including to the name, name of the owner, its location or the residence, name of the author, the address for correspondence, and also changes for correction of plain and technical errors (further - the application) is submitted by the owner.
