For the purpose of detection of documents on stories of the Kyrgyz Republic in archives, the museums and libraries of foreign countries, returns of historical heritage and development of archiving in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Archive Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic":

1. Approve:

- The program for identification and collection of documents and materials about Kyrgyz and Kyrgyzstan in archives, the museums and libraries of foreign countries for 2015-2025 according to appendix 1;

- The program of urgent actions for development of archiving in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2019 according to appendix 2.

2. Determine the Archive agency under the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the program implementation coordinator, approved by Item 1 of this order (further - programs).

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic allocation of financial resources for program implementation, annually when forming the government budget to provide means for their realization.

4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month in accordance with the established procedure to submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft of the Actions plan on program implementation on identification and collection of documents and materials about Kyrgyz and Kyrgyzstan in archives, the museums and libraries of foreign countries for 2015-2025.

5. To the state agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to prepare the design estimates, and also to include buildings of the Public Records Offices in the list of capital construction projects for implementation of the specified programs.

6. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic within the competence to render assistance to the working groups in program implementation.

7. To the public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic annually till February 1 to submit the report on program implementation in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Control of execution of this order to assign to department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Many of these documents are not introduced for scientific use, unavailable to specialists and the public, are not used for the benefit of development of statehood, science and culture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
