2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2014 No. 209 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of informatization rendered by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan", except for the subitem 5) of Item 1 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9361);

2) the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2012 No. 880 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Certification of the State Information Systems and Non-state Information Systems Integrated with the State Information Systems on Compliance to Their Requirements of Information Security and to the Standards Accepted in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8240).

3. To committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazangap T. B.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction of its copy of the order on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
