About rates for public conveyances, baggage and cargo baggage railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
rates for public conveyances by railway transport public on city lines and regional lines of economy class according to appendix 1;
rates for public conveyances by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 2;
rates for public conveyances by railway transport public on interregional lines according to appendix 3;
rates for luggage transports and cargo baggage railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines according to appendix 4;
the freight charge of passengers railway transport public on city lines within four tariff zones in two directions (routes) on condition of combination of such transportation with public conveyance by buses in the regular regular and (or) high-speed regular message, and (or) urban electric transportation, and (or) the subway according to appendix 5.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for public conveyances, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2012 No. 90 "About rates for public conveyances and baggage railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines and entering of amendments into the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2011 No. 73" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.12.2012, 8/26708);
