About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the steel seamless-rolled wheels coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix № 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Euroasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the steel seamless-rolled wheels with a diameter of 710 mm imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and more, the intended for production and repair of wheel couples of load trolleys and cars of locomotive draft, passenger, cargo and shunting locomotives, motor and not motor wheel couples of cars electro-and diesel trains, special railway rolling stock, the CN FEA EEU coming from Ukraine and classified by code 8607 19 100 9, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by code of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
