About payment of grape and wine-making products of compulsory contributions by producers in Fund of grapes and wine

Art. 1. – In departure from part provisions (7) article 32-3 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 compulsory contributions of producers of grape and wine-making products in Fund of grapes and wine for 2013 are transferred on account of payment obligations to the relevant fund for 2015.

Art. 2. – In cases when obligations on payment of compulsory contributions of producers of grape and wine-making products in Fund of grapes and wine for 2013 exceed calculated for 2015, the difference is transferred to the account of payment obligations the next years.

Art. 3. – The penalty fee on the amounts of debts of Fund of grapes and wine in 2013-2014 or penalty fee for untimely payment of grape and wine-making products by producers in the corresponding years of compulsory contributions in the specified fund is not charged.

Art. 4. – The penalty fee for untimely payment of compulsory contributions in Fund of grapes and wine listed by producers of grape and wine-making products in the specified fund in 2013-2014 is transferred to the account of payment obligations for 2015.

Art. 5. – The amount of compulsory contributions for 2013 and penalty fee for 2013-2014 listed by producers of grape and wine-making products in Fund of grapes and wine and transferred to the account of payment obligations on 2015 and the next years, is not included deductible expenses in 2015 and in the years ahead.
