About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.3. Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2008 No. 350 "About investment attraction in agricultural production" (2008, No. 157, 1/9827) to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
1.4. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2010 No. 428 "About objects of the former military camps, not used and unsuitable for operation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 201, 1/11892):
to state subitem 1.1 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.1. the organizations, in economic maintaining or operational management of which are:
objects of the former military camps, not used and unsuitable for operation, according to appendix, are exempted from calculation and payment of the land tax on the parcels of land occupied with these objects until their disposal;
