1. Determine that:

1.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing wholesale, retail trade, public catering submit necessary documents for inclusion in the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus of the shopping facilities, trade organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing trade in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, according to the procedure, the determined regulations on the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Ministry of Trade.

In the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus the online stores used for implementation of retail trade, according to the procedure, established by the legislation are subject to registration;

1.2. the shopping facilities, trade organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing sale only are not subject to entering into the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus:

products of oil refining and gas;

medicinal and drugs, psychotropic substances;

medical equipment and products of medical appointment;

not military cold weapon, weapon hunting, sports, gas (including gas sprays), and also ammunition to this weapon;

1.3. regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom represent to the Ministry of Trade of the information about the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item for their inclusion in the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation.

2. To the Ministry of Trade till July 1, 2005:

2.1. develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure regulations on the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus;

2.2. determine and provide to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom the software for maintaining the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus;

2.3. together with regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take other measures necessary for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2005.
