About movement of goods according to the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP

According to article 45 of the Customs convention about international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (The convention MDP, 1975) I order:

1. Allow import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the goods moved according to the Convention MDP, 1975 through the Russian-Finnish, Russian-Ukrainian, Russian-Mongolian, Russian-Norwegian, Russian-Estonian, Russian-Latvian, Russian-Abkhazian, Russian-Azerbaijani, Russian-Georgian, Russian-Polish, Russian-Lithuanian sites of frontier of the Russian Federation, only through the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation specified in appendix to this order.

2. To management of customs cooperation (S. A. Konovalenko) to inform Customs Services of the adjacent states information on check points through frontier of the Russian Federation through which commodity importation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, moved according to the Convention MDP, 1975 is allowed.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia R. V. Davydov.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
