For the purpose of execution of provisions of part (2) article 43 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of July 25, 2014. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The list of the works and/or services rendered for a fee by the public institutions of professional and higher education performing activities in the conditions of financial autonomy subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Research according to appendix No. 1;

The list and rates for the works and/or services rendered for a fee by bodies/organizations professional and, subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Research, except for the institutions of higher education performing activities in the conditions of financial autonomy according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on procedure for forming and use of the income which is saved up by the bodies/organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Research according to appendix No. 3.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 4.
