About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning oxide and beryllium hydroxide

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning oxide and the hydroxide of beryllium classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 2825 90 200 0 of EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2017 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2825 90 200 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "59C";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 59C of the following content:

"<59C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 23, 2015 №72 till 31.12.2017 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
